Tara Grehan, Managing Director, has worked in marketing both agency and client side for 18 years now and has enjoyed a variety of roles from Market Research and Customer Insights to Change Management. Having received a BA from UCD in English Literature and Sociology, Tara began her career as a qualitative researcher. In this role Tara learned the basics of identifying customer and market insights and how to bring these understandings strategically to clients.
She moved on to manage marketing databases for a number of financial institutions where she excelled at demonstrating the benefit of delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time, strengthening the customer relationship and improving the bottom line. In the past few years Tara has written and given industry talks on maximising data usage within organisations and is currently lecturing on the MSc Digital Marketing & Analytics at DIT.
When she is not mining data, Tara is struggling to keep up with her book club reading list and is a regular volunteer for some children’s charities.
