Jenny Rhodes, Data Consultant, has over 12 years of experience of data analysis and customer insights in Direct Marketing. Working both agency and client-side in the UK, Australia and Ireland, and has experience across various market sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Utilities and FMCG.
Jenny has mastered a wide range of Reporting and Analysis software which enables her to develop and implement marketing, media and business strategies.
Previous roles have taken her from Change Communication planning, designing and building credit and marketing databases to rolling out a customer segmentation and loyalty programme for the largest direct wine retailer in Australia. Jenny’s core strength is in communicating complex data analysis to less technical colleagues and clients – she makes the hard bit sound simple! Her data planning skills have been applied to many award-winning direct response campaigns in the UK and Australia.
After a long day at the office, Jenny likes to bake cakes with her children and take her dog for long walks in an attempt to burn off all the cakes.
